Developed by our team of mental health experts, our outpatient and telehealth services are designed to provide support, clinical direction, and assistance in developing effective coping skills. Outpatient Services

 

Individual & Family

Outpatient therapy is provided to adults, couples and families to address mental health, substance use, psychiatric and emotional problems. Individuals who may present problems with acute or chronic psychiatric disorders or serious life stressors can receive brief, solution-focused therapy designed to provide support, clinical direction and assistance in developing effective coping skills. These services are provided at home, the office or the community.

 

Adult Substance Abuse

The adult substance use therapy is designed for adults who are experiencing problems related to drug and alcohol use or whose lives have become unmanageable as a result of their substance use. Treatment focuses on the recognition of substances as a problem and weekly individual treatment process to assist the individual in breaking through denial, identifying problem areas and making changes. These services are provided at home, the office or the community.

Telehealth

Telehealth is an innovative approach to deliver convenient web-based behavioral health services to individuals using a HIPAA compliant, secure, online mental health counseling platform.
